Am I the only technically challenged iPad owner that cannot figure out how to seamlessly upload photos from my iPad to this web site? Somebody please tell me how. Outline the steps for me.... Many thanks. I hope it can be done.
I tried and can't figure it out either, short of posting the pics on photo bucket and placing a link here.
I have the Tapatalk app on mine, it worked great uploading photos to Fchat for a while, but then they did a update and now it just puts a link instead of a picture. It pissed off alot of folks including me when they did that.
This is a answer i got from a friend when i ask: Because Apple technology doesn't support the pop-up window w/ the script to access local files for upload.
+100 I've submitted several requests to Tapatalk to change it back but nothing has happened. It wouldn't be so bad if Fchat supported IMG tags but it doesn't.
What i do w/ android is "share" the picture via flikr or picasa, then go to the picasa or flikr album via browser and copy the url, then paste the link in the fchat attachment upload link.
I found that if I want to upload a photo and I'm using TapaTalk, I just go out to a browser instead, ruin my eyes for a few minutes posting a photo with a "." for the text, then jump back to TapaTalk and "edit" my post to add the text I really wanted. It's a PITA but it works. Jedi
