Anything one can do? IPOD got wet now it doesn't want to charge up or come on. Isn't it spent?

    Thanks

Let it dry out completely - several days - before trying it again. You MIGHT get
lucky but most likely it's toast. However, I had a small digital camera go through
not only the washer but the dryer in a pants pocket - after 3 days to dry, it still
    works fine to this day.

Bummer - I've tried it for the last couple of months - and no go.

It's best if you can put it in a bag of rice ASAP without trying to turn it on first. The rice will absorb the moisture.

I did this with my wife's iPhone and it worked great.
