iPod Q? How to download back to computer ?

Open My Computer > "insert iPod name here" >

Inside there should be a hidden file called 'iPod_control'. Copy and paste this into a folder on your computer, and after a few minutes you should have all the songs on your HD, all you need to do after is to add that folder to your iTunes library.

I had this issue with my stuff a couple of times. Went to this link:

and then used the 'podutil' program. Worked great for me and copied all of the music over in a format that I recognized and could work with.
