Okay, so I have iTunes on my computer, and I have been using it for my music for quite some time. I have like 2 gigs of songs on it, and love it. I just decided that I was going to buy an iPod, so that I could stop burning CDs, and ordered it last night.

    Here is my question,
If i already have all this music in my iTunes library, am I going to lose it when i sync my computer with my new empty iPod?? Or will all the music on my computer just transfer to the iPod?

has anyone felt that the quality of the cd's burned with itunes isn't as good as the quality as those burned with say nero or any other?
Like thadbrown mentioned, it shouldn't be a problem.

    Thanks for the answers..

Brian, where did you purchase your iPod from? I keep seeing the same price ($299) for the 20GB version...just wondering if I can find it cheaper.

    Thanks
    Glenn

The 20gb can be found for a nominal discount at some locations. Take a look online. Also Costco has the 20 and 40GB HP versions (No difference, just PC only compatibility and HP logo on the back) for $20 less than retail, so that's $279 and $379 respectively.

Since the 4th gen has come out, I feel too many people have it now and it's kind of lost it's exclusivity. I liked it when it was rare to see too many others walking around with one, but you see them everywhere now. But whatever. I'm sure it's definitely helping Apple's profits though.
