    Does anyone have a short history on this company?

    I put it in the Maserati section, as I am researching a sign I own, and I am trying to figure out the age.

    A guess would be late 1960's based on material, patina, and the IRAM sticker on it, which shows a phone number for the company that looks WAYYYYYYYY old vs. any of their newer signs I can find with newer stickers and longer phone numbers.

    Keen to know a bit more if someone knows them intimately.

    Late 60s early 70s. These were originally 2 sided. I had one of these, was from Grossman's dealer in NY. There was also one of these outside of the Maserati factory service center, long since gone of course. Nice find

    Iram was a company, that produced advertising material such as illuminated signs, billboards and advertising plaques.
    It was sited in Selvazzano near Padova, north east of Italy.
    The company operated until the end of 1990s. The abandoned factory building was demolished in 2018 .

    Since this piece isn't translucent, I went with an outer edge mid-white LED for a "halo" effect.

    White extrusion box. I am pleased with the result. It'll look cooler higher up on a wall without distractions around it of course :)
