    just picked up a MP4-12 C and I am having trouble with the IRIS 2 Screen the right side is non responsive. Does anyone have a source for a new one or a way to trouble shoot it?

    They are known to go out unfortunately, did you get a warranty? Also, just to be sure- is it the Iris 2 or is it the upgraded AIS? Post a pic

    where are you located? your options are to either ask the dealer for an estimate or find a screen repair company

    Well I have heard that there are some reputable repair companies such as Short Circuit in NorCal but I understand that's not convenient. Also, this company makes mclaren parts and I think they do screens https://www.xprd.tech/

    The IRIS in my 650S has a mind of it's own...some days it decides to work, other days it sleeps in.
