The guy definatly has a cool job I'll give him that. But he was a race car driver and a successful one at that. I belive he drove for Ferrari for a season or 2. As far as his marital status I have know idea. He seems like a cool guy though. Sombody once posted a clip on this sight with him standing in a feild talking nto a mic..when a Spitfire flying extremly low buzzes over him and scares the crap out of him..and he lets off a rant full of swear words..One of the funniest vids I have seen.

 

I still have that vid on my desktop - I've watched it about 200 times!

 

Just found the video after a very quick search. I think Mr. de Cadenet's commentary was entirely appropriate under the circumstances.

i am not sure about alain marital staus, but one must note that he has been around the world of ferrari for along time. he even appears as an owner of a 250gto. clearly he knows about cars and driving them. i would guess he has money, or his family does, that allowed him to experience the great cars when he did.

Mmmmmmm. Nice work, I liked her dad, was disappointed when I figured out she was his daughter. Can't covet daughters, it isn't right.
