I'm usually the one in my group of people that plans Grand Prix trips anywhere that is economically feasable. Since I live in Boston, I have planned many trips to the Canadian Grand Prix in Montreal and the Hungarian Grand Prix in Budapest last year. I have a tremendous trip planned for the Brazilian Grand Prix this coming October 22nd which anyone and everyone is welcomed to attend with us. That same weekend is the International Auto Show as well. We are going for a total of 12 days, but everyone ofcourse has their own schedules and departure dates. Airfares are relatively cheap, around $700.00 and Grand Prix tickets are $250.00 for a 3-day pass. The cheapest thing to my surprise was the hotels. You can stay at a 4-Star hotel for only $83.00 for a two double-bed for a double occupancy. Only $40.00 per person per night for a luxurious hotel, I thought, how could it be? But there is a ton of hotels down there and a price war, so it's very affordable. I also talked to the Interlagos ticket director and he pointed me in the right direction on where to go for all the women, the parties, the best nightlife, the women, the best restaurants, after hours, the women, the best hotels, the beaches, Oh, by the way did I mention the women!? He said the place was flooded with hot Latin women which in most cases is more important than the actual Grand Prix itself! So, in actuality the party scene is a big plus for me as you can see by my website, (password Ferrari). So if anyone is big into chasing alot of women, getting drunk and going to Grands Prix, let me know via an email or a response. Ciao.

I would be interested. I'll be back in school in Boston during that time. The flight is super long though, correct?

I was at the Bridgestone pitlane walk-through in Montreal just last month and spent a good hour talking to these really funny Toyota mechanics and they were saying that I would be a fool if I didn't go to Brazil for the GP. In fact after I talked to them I walk up and down the pitlane and asked all the teams what were their absolute top 5 Grand Prixs that they love to go to based on the partying and the women and the overall night life and they all said Melbourne is number 1 then Montreal, Barcelona, Brazil, Sepang, Monaco, Hungary that was the consensus response scrambled in different order from these top 7. Which leads to me think that I want to do all the big party ones. Not Magny-Cours or Spa out in the middle of nowhere with nothing else to do but the race. If you been there and know your way around, are you up for another trip back this year? I'd like to find about 10 drunks that would have the time, the money and the balls to do it. Some of my buddies are either spineless, don't like Formula One or both. Hit me up if so.

P.S. Did you check out my Guzaking F1 party website yet?

I was there for F1 in 2004 and it is a wonderful city to see a race. The track is one of the oldest and located quite a distance from city proper. The only suggestion I have is to obtain your travel visa soon (within 90 days of travel is the maximum a visa is valid) as there is still a little tiff between the Brazilian government and the US and the Brazilian consulate can be a pain to deal with. The most effective method of obtaining the visa is having a travel broker like an Auto Club hire a service on your behalf. I personally know of 3 people in 2004 and 2005 that missed traveling because of the visa issue.

Enjoy Sao Paulo as the people are wonderful, but also be extremely careful!
