Heard F50 vibrates excessively, whereas F40 have lots of tyre roar...but end of the day, which one is better in terms of overall refinement ?

I heard they are both pretty refined if you are used to wearing a chastity belt

Oh I bet you must be wearing one over your head to get that sort of "refinement" !

I haven't driven an F40 in quite a long time now...but I remembered it to be harder to drive from stiff clutch and harder to get into the gears, specially when cold. The F50 is very easy to drive, light clutch feel, easy to get into gears, even when cold. I've never driven the F50 with the top up, so I am not sure about the noise level, but the F50 is noisier and you do feel more of what is happening to the car than the 360CS and the Enzo. I would say the Enzo is more livable than the F50, then the F40.

Theres little refinement in the F40, it rides like a Bulldozer accelerates like a lightning bolt, whiplashes your neck in stop & go traffic, threatens to overheat, no radio, no power windows, no cupholders even, what was F thinking ? :)

Its just barely more refined than a 427 Cobra

But when she goes your smile is a mile wide :)
