Its it me or did Speedchannel play the chinese GP, last race of the season, i might add, only once? Did i miss the replay or was there not one? I didn't catch the race because I work the midnight shift. I was thinking the whole time, well it will be ok, they'll replay it but it seems they had other more important stuff to play like NASCAR nation or NASCAR drivers take a crap . This sh$t is getting ridiculous. I know somebody is gonna say get a Tivo but why they hell should I or anyone? These morons should give F1 and champcar equal chance to be on prime time and not play all the NASCAR garbage they play. Ok, rant over, i'm gonna go have several beers now..........:(

It's annoying, I agree. Some NASCAR race got in the way of Saturday Night Live. The show got delayed for over an hour. I hate when that happens. Oh well, it's the rule of the land.

It really sucks. I was also expecting the replay on Sunday that never came.
Apparently it's scheduled on Speed Channel for Friday Oct 21 at 12 am.....

Jeez, at least we have another shot at it, while i heard it was dominated by Alonso i'd like to see it for myself being the last of the year and the last ever for the V10 engines. Still their programming director should be dragged out into the street and shot. I think i'll try calling windtunnel one day and letting them have it that way instead of emailing them yet again.

Make sure you watch the formation of the grid. That's the best part...

Download it via Bit Torrent. There is also the rest of the 2005 races except the Malaysian GP :( I can't find that torrent anywhere...

Although the F1 race was not re-aired the same day, they must be thanked for not showing NASCAR re-runs but did cover a multitude of other events. They covered the MotoGP, ALMS, Speed GT, Speed Touring Cars - made for a great tv watching afternoon. I looked at the Speed TV sked on line well in advance of the race and noticed no same day F1 re-run. We have to watch how critical we are of Speed TV - heck they could just say forget it . . . then where would we be.

On another note, I wonder what coverage Danica will get having punched whatever his name is in the face in the ambulance after their little track mishap?!? Also saw that Katherine Legge (sp) is getting an F1 test the end of the month in a Minardi? wonder what will transpire from that escapade?

Patrick should be sanctioned and fined just like any of the other drivers.
I wonder how Legge will do as well, I'd be surprised if she were signed though. It would be a good gimmick for an underfunded team. She's not a bad driver though and has made some ballsy passes, Bordering on dirty though.....;) You might be right about Speed but frankly ESPN would probably pick it up again. F1 is growing and i doubt it would be totally ignored if Speed dropped it. Still why can they play the stupid NASCAR race twenty times during the week and the F1 race once if you're lucky?

Good point: We'd be back in the early nineties where ESPN showed SOME F1 races. There wasn't even the internet, I had to call my friends in Europe to find out what happened. The dark ages.
