We received our first 1/10" of rain in 1/2 a year. We've been in a drought situation since '95. Our lakes are mud puddles and don't see an end in sight. Everybody who has some rain should be really thankful. Texas is parched and it's reflecting it across the nation in beef and dairy prices. You know it's bad when you see "pray for rain" signs in people's yards across the state. It would take two direct hit hurricanes to fill up our lakes again and they only come into the main central part of the state maybe once every 10 yrs. oh well, it'll eventually turn around...

Chill the red wine – no way ! (Read somewhere that was bad for the tannins)

Up here in Illinois we switch to beer when the ambient air temperature reaches 80 degrees

    NJ also.

    Next weekend looks much better.

It is also staying lighter later in the day so after work will soon be an option.
