Is it True a 03 Maserati Coupe with tubi will beat a 360 coupe tubi?

i somehow doubt it. first off, according to www.fast-autos.net the ferrari weighs 3065lbs vs the maser which is 3704lbs. second, the ferrari is more sporty, though i dont know any thing about the transmissions in the cars, but a 639lb difference is an awful lot

 

Is his 360 a stick? maybe he needs to learn how to drive because his statement is BS

 

Maserati's are slow and ugly. Plus they're unreliable, you tell him to get a CLK55.

 

Well I can tell you I owned both, and the answer is no. However this collector is, he really knows nothing about the cars he collects. Everything he told you is wrong.

 

Gee, why don't you tell us how you really feel. Or are you even sure of how you feel. I assume there is some sarcasm in there since you have a Maserati?

Even so, the slowest Maserati ever made is still faster than the slowest Mercedes ever made.

 

not to mention the 360 is a mid-engine layout in the rear of the car, rather then the mas having the engine towards the front of the car... the 360 has less body roll... etc.

 

I've heard others say this too. I know the first time I drove a 355 I said where the heck is the torque. My butt dyno tells me its a draw, but we might be talking tenths of a second here, not much.

 

My uncle will beat any Fezza with a mazza. USA ever heard of Martin Schanke? Seen the new Mazza?

Christ alive it beats my 288 off the track. His RS200 beats fezza. Do u guys in USA not know hill climes. The new Maz is built on F50 chassi and made to beat it. Look at figures. And watch top Gear. Sorry if i sound offensive but it beats my 288 hands down.

I was joking around, please read the other thread where two trolls are trying to say a CLK55 is better than a Maserati Coupe. I own a Maserati Spyder so of course I love the car, it's the best car under $100k in my opinion. Don't take it literal.

Regardless the Maserati feels faster because the torque is insane in it with my ASR off I get a 3rd gear chrip. The 360 is without a doubt quite a bit quicker tubi or not tubi, 360 will win.
