That's it guys, not driving my car anymore of fear it might fall apart next time I start it! Image Unavailable, Please Login
Caught a few drops of rain yesterday, all body panels need complete respray now! And they've fallen off, but I blue-tac'd them back on. Seems to be ok so far.
read about a 458 with 50k miles in recent UK edition of EVO, thought that's pretty high - 118k (I assume miles?) is unreal.
The 458 with 118k was on eBay for $135k Iirc. It was very well maintained but i was told it was a Las Vegas track rental which makes the mileage even more impressive.
That's great. It's funny how at one time 7 or 8 years ago people thought I had photoshopped my 355 odometer because it was at 20k. The cars are much more drivable now. So why not.
Embarking on an 1100 mile road trip Friday from FL to TX. Will break 40k along the way... Can't wait. Memories made>nominal resale. If the cancer diagnosis comes in bad or some other big life altering event happens... do you really give a **** about the mileage on your F Car?
Shoot, now I know why he just sold me a 10,150 mile bomb, he knew it was on borrowed time!! Buyer beware I guess....
funny how instrument clusters differ between UK and US cars - I don't have "Unleaded fuel only" written under the petrol bars, and they look different to yours too
Sad, it's all over for you now. Ahhh well. Mines recently cracked 30K Km, so I'm also playing Russian roulette
I believe that is only on older models that were manufactured when we still had leaded fuel here in the US. Sale of leaded gas was banned in 1996 so my 99 Modena does not have that warning. Alan
