Same here, gorgeous car. I have to say, though, maybe it's the combo of color and lighting, but you do appear to have a lot less fender well gap than most. Saying that, I wonder what it would look like if it was lowered...I've always liked 'em two inches of the ground. :) Personal preference.

The car looks lowered to me.

The proper way to determine if the car is lowered is to measure the suspension at the lower suspension mounting points.
The front suspension height is 162-171 mm and the rear suspension height is 182-191 mm , WITH A 20 MM STAGGER (ie front 171mm and rear 191mm).

A quick (but not totally accurate ) way to tell if your call is lowered is to measure the edge of the frame rail at the 4 jacking points.....if your car is factory stock it will measure aproximately 5.5 inches from the ground at all 4 points. These points should be parallel to the ground (if not the stagger is NOT correct).

    Hopes this helps.

With spacers, the moment on the suspension is a little greater and would result in a (slightly) lower ride height. It would not be very noticeable on a spacer of 1", so I would guess the suspension has been adjusted on your car.
