I was changing my brakes today and noticed in the driver's side wheel whell there appears to be some sort of bracket or hold down that is missing something. It is pictured here just in front of the steering rack and sway bar. Can anyone identify if something is missing and if so, what? I just got the car about 3 weeks ago, a 2005 f430 coupe. Thanks!

Ha! I made this same post a while back... I didn't know what it was for, but then as others said its the drain tube, and mine was actually stuffed behind other stuff for some reason....but I have since put it where it belongs :)

Thanks all. That’s the piece. I’ll look around to see if it was moved or if I need a new one.

    Hey Pete,
That clamp in your pic is called an “adel clamp” and they are used frequently on aircraft to hold down wire looms, tubing, etc. Amazon has them. Just so you know :)
