Is Nart Blue a rare color on an F430?

    I was wondering if any of you F430 owners who (as Im sure) that have looked at countless F430s have seen many F430s painted in Nart Blue. There was one at my local Porsche dealership, which looked absolutely stunning. Sadly I cant seem to find very many on the internet painted in this great color(yet alone any for sale:)

    i was close to purchasing that nart blue f430. (yes very rare) The blue did not do it for me at all. The blue in the sunlight looks WAY too light. You can see the green shade in the blue as well. If you are going with a blue f430, its gotta be Tour De France.

    To each their own but I agree that the Nart blue is too light (esp in the sunlight as supra points out). I think that is why folks tend to prefer Pozzi or TDF over Nart.

    I was torn b/w Pozzi and TDF but wanted to go with the metallic paint and Pozzi is just a shade too dark for me.

    But I'm sure there's one out there somewhere!

    If you look on the thread Buying advice 99-2002 360 you will see my 360 in Nart Blue. My understanding is this color was discontinued in 2000 and not a standard color available for 430's. Does not mean it cannot be obtained.

    Thanks for the info. I have to admit the thing that turned me off about the F430 at the porsche dealer was that the nart blue didnt look very good with the red interior. Oh well, I have to get into a decent college before I can start thinking about one day owning a 430:)

    i didn't think i'd like the blue, but of the ferraris i've owned, this one gets the most positive comments on its color. really - absolutely stunning, especially in the sun.

    Nart blue is an amazing colour. BHCC had a a nart blue CS about 1 year ago. One of the more handsome colours in my opinion.

    I ordered my 360 F1 Spider in Rolls-Royce Peacock blue (with a blue hood, crema daytona seats and blue carpets). It was extremely pretty.

    I love the blue, but I don't like the looks of the Challenge rims on F430
