Is Power 15 Warranty Available for Salvage/Rebuilt Title?

Just got a 488. Before I bought it, took it to local Ferrari dealer for pre-purchase inspection (PPI), and the car checked out perfectly with them. Salvage/rebuilt title because of a rear bumper accident that did not cause any damage to engine and frame, it was strictly cosmetic. Car has around 16k in mileage. Service rep said it would need to be brought back for a full inspection hooked to the computer to see if it would qualify for the Power 15 warranty.

Power 15 inspection quote is $1780, then the 1 year Power 15 warranty cost is $5800 which includes next year's annual service.

During the PPI, they went through the car thoroughly and did not bring up salvage title issue - but I did not specifically tell them it was salvage, though I did give them the VIN beforehand. They specifically ran it through their database to see if it was blacklisted by Ferrari and said that it wasn't.

Before I drop $1780 on the inspection, does anyone know if salvage/rebuilt title automatically disqualifies Power15 eligibility?

Also, was reading through the forums and seems like some dealers were charging around $500 for the inspection. Thoughts?
