Older macintosh computers and in good condition car magazines and sports illustrated mags? The computers I would kinda hate to just throw out but I guess if there worthless thats what I will do. The magazines as well, im running out of storage space so its either throw them out or maybe someone has interest in these kinds of things. Any thoughts?

The magazines you could probably sell easily depending on the issue and featured cars. For the computers, it depends on its age and most definitely price. I've seen people buy old Macs (the one with with monitor and cpu in one, early 90s I think), take out the monitor, and put in a fish tank. It looked pretty cool.

Funny you should ask that, I have an old Mac SE 20 & about 10 boxes or more of mid 1980's & up various car magazines. I thought about putting them on Ebay but I never see much of a demand for them.

yup, the SE20's and SE30's sell for 5 bucks a pop or 10 bucks with the operating system on a diskette. they sell them at that price at the Goodwill Computer Store here in Austin. But... just available for you to drop them off, not get anything for them. Watch out on disposal fees, if they apply, with the displays from that era. Some not so environmental friendly materials were used if memory serves correct.

Last year I sold an Apple IIc on eBay with green-speaking monitor, matching printer and all. I think I got about $100 for the whole business. I also sold 10 years worth of Shelby American Club magazines and recouped about half my dues.

Thanks for the replies. I have a performa 6200 from about 95 I think. I have a G3 mac as well. Tons of car mags 80's and early 90's vintage and several sports illustrated mags from 1988 and a few 87's.. even have the swimsuit edition in perfect condition from 88.
