Jim, you may be right, I honestly don't anything in that area. That could very well be a possibility. Gordo in the house...!
Here is a "new" Enzo for sale. Red/black with only 400 km or 248 miles on the clock from new. Car is US $1.3 mill. Perhaps this is something you can pass onto your mate for a look Ross?? http://www.carandclassic.co.uk/car/C54245
ok, here are the details so far. date of production 06.2004 vin ZFF XXXXXXXXX 807 ( i have deleted the middle to safeguard it- if you are serious and want it i can pm it to you). exter col. Black inter. col. Black mileage 382 km car registered in Germany. it is sitting in one of his garages in gstaad. it has not been registered in switzerland.
Ross, from what I can see, an Enzo ending in those digits is easily narrowed down. I'd like to know the full VIN - or at least the last six - but I suppose we can save that for later. I know of a European buyer who is interested in a car exactly as you've described. If this is a real car, and it's really for sale, please let me know.
carbon, i sent you the whole vin by pm. but as jim and i discussed already, its a euro car so destined to stay here. but if your buyer is a euro, then pls respond. thx
i'am actually quite amazed, there are 4 Enzo's on autotrader and they range in price from £695K - £999K. They are still at an astonishingly high premium. So my personal answer is there a market for a NEW Enzo is simply yes.
Very cool!! It may go to a new home yet!! A Nero/Nero Enzo.....AWESOME! Wish your friend all the best with it Ross!
here are the pics. sorry for the poor quality but this is all i have been able to get. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Might have to keep that one in the wrapper and score a spare to peel around (all for the price of a driver a few months ago?) ...
Oh, yes!! Wouldnt it be amazing to have one in the garage?? Wow man!! Very cool!! If I were your mate, I would just keep it. +1! I would kill for that car! Well, probably not. But I would give my first born son as a deposit on it and I would robb the Reserve Bank of Australia to get the rest of the cash to buy it!
Its a shame that a car like this, hasn't been enjoyed how it was meant to be enjoyed. Hopefully it sells and goes to someone who will drive it like it was made for...
is there a mkt for a brand new enzo? Well, a cursory search on eBay reveals that there is a market for "BONER BOBS / BETTY BOOB HOT DOG-MARSHMALLOW ROASTERS," a replica of "The Barack Obama New York City Campaign Bus," "The Official Barack Obama Board Game - 44th Edition" and a mummified squirrel, it would lead me to believe that somewhere, somewhere in the world, there is a person who would like to buy a new-on-palette Enzo.
