    The closest factory authorized expert is in Beverly Hills, per my jeweler.

    I sent mine back to Rolex USA in NYC. Came back looking like brand new again! I wouldn't send it anywhere else for service.

    The best I have found. Frank Seuss upstairs over Shreves Jewlers on Post St, SF. 415-986-1469. Think he calls it Downtown Watch Repair. Quick turnaround and reasonable prices.
