Is there a trick to the rear ride height on a 456m?

    Is it just like the front where all you have to do is adjust the spring perch?
    I’m asking because on my bmws with SLS there was a little lever that had to be adjusted as well that hooked around the rear bar; Otherwise, even if you lower the car, it would simply increase the right height back to the original spec.

    Assuming the MGT is the same as the GT it has a self leveling suspension. The mechanism needs to be adjusted in accordance with the instructions in the shop manual. Not a very difficult job.

    On the GT, the SLS lever is under the rear valence cover, like Ron says. Nearly identical to the part MB used on their cars too of the era. With the Auto trans, it may be tougher to spot
