A plane crashed near here a couple years ago.

Single engine older Mooney, one occupant. Clear sunny weather, late morning.

Is there an accident report I could see online? There seemed to be no obvious reason at the time.

I know it takes months, minimum, for the investigation.

Don't have the 'N' number, just his name and type of plane.

Does this only go back to 2011?

Are you able to give us a more precise date and location?

Yes. The Internet makes the world a very small place but unfortunately not always for the better.

The report you found seems to be a copy of the NTSB report in the link I posted.

The main Land Rover factory is not far away from where I live. Close enough to see the smoke when there is a fire and too close when all the "youths" who work there leave en masse driving like hooligans.
