    Why do you see the rig at all? The shadow is one thing but is the camera not attached to the very end of the rig. I mean clearly it's not but why?

    Thanks for sharing. I'm really a video guy but I like doing crazy extreme shots(the kind that killed a few cameras and some other gear...lol). The biggest thing I'm dealing with is vibration control. Shooting from motorcycles is tough!

    thanks guys for all your help :D

    i've not been online for a week or so due to stupid internet suppliers :(

    i've just read all of the comments and took on board as much as i could,

    i have decided that i am going to take the advice on in a round about way and get a DSLR in the future but for now i think i am just going to keep my bridge camera and get a cheapy compact and then get saving for a DSLR
