I think other folks have had satisfactory deals with that dealer before. I looked them up a couple months ago when they had a 458 I was interested in. Ultimately I chose to buy from a Ferrari dealer to get the CPO Power warranty, but I'm guessing this car you're looking at should still be under the original coverage. Your local dealer could probably run the VIN and tell you.
If it were me, I'd spend a few thousand to have the nearest Ferrari Dealer do the inspection to certify it and provide the power warranty extension backed by FNA. But I'm at the point where I know I don't have alot of time to tinker with another car so I will be taking my car to the dealer if I have any issues. Lots of other folks look forward to making changes to their cars and don't see alot of value in the warranty and have no intention of visiting a dealer.
I called Ferrari Tamp Bay, ppi is $875 but they currently do not do a paint meter for liability reasons. The dealer did do a vid of him doing the paint meter and it read 6 to 8.
I’m local in Tampa too. Beautiful Spyder... European Exotic is well liked and Dan in service at Tampa Ferrari is good to deal with from my experience
