    Hard to tell the actual size of the item from the photos but my first thought was that is the rubber cushion/pad from a trolley jack or car lift. I don't think it is a Dino part.

    If this fell off your Dino, it must have been stuck to the tire. I don't recognize a bit like this, but then again, that doesn't mean much :)
