    1995 355 coupe red-tan 9500 miles. Valve guides have been done along with cats. 30k service done 2.5 years ago. Original asking price was 79.5k but I can pick up the car for 72k. You're thoughts are welcome as always.

    Contingent on a Clean PPI, i'd offer $70K. The Original Asking Price was "High".
    Having the Valve Guides & Cats (OEM or Hyper-Flow) is a Big +.
    Now all you have to Worry about is the Headers :(

    He said the headers looked ok. If I have to replace them what am I looking at?

    $2-4K depending on Rebuilt or Aftermarket. Do Not Replace OEM with OEM.
