Is this a rare model?

Hello,

I came to these Schumacher F1 models on a dutch marketsite.

Are this rare models and what are they worth?

The asking price is 110 euro's (about $ 150) for the fiorano model

And 150 euro's (about $ 200) for the 7th title (Incl. Marlboro decals and figure)

Both are from Hotwheels in scale 1/18
