Is this ancient register still pretty accurate?

I found this 13 page single spaced typewritten register purporting to be notes on Bizzarrinis arranged by SN I think it's entertaining, even listing cars that crashed, were rebuilt, lots of back door stories Dated
October 26, 2016 ·. I haven't had a chance to see if I can find the three or four i found as a barn finder but has this register, with the passage of time, become useless superceded by something more thorough, or is it The Real thing? The cars are now well out of my range but it's fun to know little facts the current owners aren't aware of....
