Is this custom or is there a kit out there for this?

On this ebay ad, there's a full screen navi installed. I've never seen this before. Is there a kit out there that someone sells to do this? Or was this a custom job?

yeah it is way custom.. in fact it is cracking too. not a good job of making it.
