I'm seeing $6k in clutch (if it really needs it?), plus $4k in bumper & paint, (minimum) So lets say he's in at $80k, for a car with 45k miles on it. (Mileage doesn't scare me, I have more than that on my own F430) We must assume no other documented history on the car, or cookiemonster likely would've told us about it. A very QUICK search (not an exhaustive one) nets this: For $90k, there's a car 2 years newer on Ebay, with 10k fewer miles, a fresh clutch, with a complete service history, and what appears to be flawless current condition. I'd take a hard pass on the OP's posted-car.
