    No - it 's not Scaglione and it's not Bertone.

    I think it is Carlo Abarth's partner - Carlo Scagliarini

    In the attached picture taken from one of Al Cosentino's Faza Abarth books, Carlo Scagliarini is the man in the corner. Carlo Abarth is at the desk.
