    Hello!

Attached is the screen shot from a Ferrari dealership showing the amount of carbon ceramic rotors when the car is hooked up to the computer--F/R 0%/0%! Is that possible on a car with around 18K miles. The only reason I can think of is brand new CC rotors, but I was told that's not the case. I'm worrying because my intuition says if something is too good to be true, it probably is. Should I ask them to re-hook it up and check again?

Just for comparison with 2 other dealerships, the same vehicle model with 12K miles shows F/R 11%/11%, while another one with 17K miles shows F/R 28%/27%.

    Thanks in advance.

There are 50+ different parameters pertaining to the CCM brakes that are stored in the instrument cluster (NQS). Whoever downloaded the parameters that you posted saved the wrong ones.
If you look at the description: LAST CCM SERVICE: FRONT WEAR PERCENTAGE, REAR WEAR PERCENTAGE, this does not show the present condition of the rotors. It shows the condition of the rotors when they were last serviced. Since the CCM brakes were never serviced on this car, the last time they were serviced was when the car was made/brand new. This is why both front and rear show values of 0%.

The correct parameters that the tech should have looked at have the descriptions: CCM PARAMETERS: FRONT DISK WEAR PERCENTAGE, and CCM PARAMETERS: REAR DISK WEAR
    PERCENTAGE
