I want to apologize to everyone for this. Dave did give them to me last year after my car show. I was unaware they were made for charity and copyrighted. I did not have anything to do w/ them so I gave them to someone who will remain anonymous, unaware of what he would do with them. I will speak with this person ASAP to clear things up with him, and I apologize again for any frustration it caused.

 

I'll bet if he simply agrees to give ALS a percentage of the proceeds (he should of course recoup his eBay and PayPal fees), that'd probably be cool with everyone. Heck, if it raises money for the charity, I can't see any harm. Dave?

A cancelled check posted here showing the donation would make him an immediate MVP in my opinion!

 

What if he kept the listing alive - but edited the listing with an addendum indicating that any proceeds of sales of would in fact, go to ALS. This would really be the positive/productive approach.
