Might want to check your drop box settings, it's asking for a login.

I am having trouble hearing it clearly. Does the sound change after about 3 minutes of warming up?

The problem with headers is the precat element, this element gets loose and starts to rattle and becomes to disintegrate and produce debris , in the F430 the element is closer to the combustion chamber and the Debris is easier to be sucked in.
In the 360 the element is further from the chamber but still can be sucked in, the noise is only at cold startup becomes once it gets warm the element expands and the rattle stops, it sounds like popcorn, it starts very slowly then gets faster and suddenly stops (when the element has expanded)
I replaced my headers because one of them started to make the sound, just to be safe and enjoy also a better engine exhaust sound.
    This is my thread

Wow your thread is really helpful. Now I finally know what the ticking (rattling rather) sound is like. Guess mine doesn't sound like that - whew! Thanks so much for your response. Puts my mind at ease now 👍🏻

Looks very much to me you have a cracked header. I have seen this dust particles all over the engine bay before.

Looking like a potential crack in your manifolds somewhere, Trent. As we know, this is a common issue with the 360/430 platforms. Though like Fernando mentioned above, normally the sound goes away once the car gets up to operating temperature. Something to definitely keep an eye on though with the white residue occurring.
I would have a look in through the wheel wells and check around on a cold start to see if whomever works on the vehicle can differentiate an exhaust leak, or a simple accessory rattle.

Let me know if there's any questions or upgrades I can ever help with in the future, I have a lot of experience around these platforms, and love working with our F-Chat community directly any way I can!

Thanks for your responses guys! A Ferrari mechanic came over to my house last night (what great service!) to cold start my car and confirmed that there is no ticking sound. What I'm hearing in the video is the sound of the fuel injectors which can be quite loud on some 430s (happens in totally random fashion). So all good - whew!

Do Smoke Test....I bought one of those smoke machines they use on the dance floor, for about 30.00 on eBay....I put Surgical gloves over all 3 exhaust tips and the fourth, I put the glove over it with a finger cut out....I taped a hose on it and to the end of the smoke machine....turned it on and Wa La....smoke poured out of my Catalytic converter.....Cracked.....some from the the right header....use a flashlight to help reflect the smoke.....Brought car to dealer and 7 year warranty on emission system was ONE DAY from expiring......They changed BOTH headers, and Both Catalytic converters as they were cracked also....ALL UNDER WARRANTY.....Whew...would have been a 15,000 bill ...that was a close call :D:D 2008 430 ...all good now...new headers are warrantied for 2 years......1 year and 11 months, I'll be back to get them checked again :D
