I thought there used to be a way to search for keywords within a specific form. If there is, please share!

    Search button up top...

Then hit the 'More' button below the search.

In that submenu write your key words and scroll down to the forum drop menu. Then deselect all and pick the specific platform you are looking for. Then search

Seems to be working for me. I just searched for "keywords specific forum" on the 456/550/575 main page and it found your message.

It would be nice if there was a search bar on each subform that only searched within.

Or if we could specify within our setting a default to search, as most answers I need are limited to this page

Are you using a desktop computer? That's exactly what it does for me... search within the subforum.

Maybe its to do with 'Style' the 'old' has the search obvious whereas the 'new' is not

That seems to be the case. I just selected New and lost the search bar. Thanks for the tip.

Google. I start with “FerrariChat 456”that get this forum then I add keywords like “cross reference” and “02 sensor.” Way better than the internal search function.

But then we all know that already…

Also, as Ian (Qavion) demonstrated, use quotation marks around the specific phrase you're searching for.
