The prices on 575M's have gotten soft in the past two months. There are several excellent buys out there. The car you cite was at Silicon Valley since June asking $139K and did not move. From FML:

575M MARANELLO F1, VIN ZFFBV55A620127140 (2002 USA model). Metallic black with tan interior. Shields and power Daytona seats with black inserts. 14,000 miles. $139,000. 6/07

There is a nice 2004 on eBay for a buy-it-now of $152K. The 2002's look like the actual transaction (not asking) prices have definetely gone below $130K or less.

The greatest price erosion may be taking place with the 2004s. It is hard to tell what is happening to the 2005's although they are asking in the high $180's in the FML indicating transaction prices of high $170's.

In terms of this 2002 this is a great price for the car but it will most likely need the $6K 15,000 mile service right away and you should factor that in as PCH said.

550 ASKING money, but very few getting anywhere near that now...IMHO, we'll see the $110 k range as normal for 575's over the winter
