I remember up at Monterey seeing a car that was called the Iso Daytona.
It was a two seater that looked vaguely like a 250Lm but it was front engined.
it had the same roof style as a 250LM. The workmanship looked like something from the Sixties but I used to read a lot about Iso back then and I never heard mention of it.
So my question is, is this a more modern creation, made long after Iso had closed its doors?
    Is the car alloy bodied?
    Who built it?
That's why I go to Monterey, in hopes of seeing some mystery car...

Italian businessman had it built, Rivolta GT chassis used, NEMBO did the bodywork, raced a few times. Never an official Iso model sort of a Hybrid like the NEMBO Ferrari's. There will be one at the Quail this year.
