    Anyone know how to clean this white stuff off? Or is the panel simply done? I think it came from some tape on the window that was on for a week or so when the car received a broken window. Ive tried just soap and water but it is a bit deeper of a stain so that didnt really work.


    Thanks for any help. Though its just the work car I like to keep it looking relatively good. It sees some heavy use so hard to keep up with it all sometimes.

    Its not sticky anymore. The plastic has just kind of faded to that white color. Was thinking maybe waxing it might shine it up. Its kind of a shiny plastic though not the normal flat colored stuff you see on a lot of cars.

    You will most likely have to polish that out. That will also remove some of the fine scratches that are in the panel as well.
