Cupholders in a Ferrari would be like a mansion with a porta-john. It doesn't fit.

There are at least two more issues with cupholders in a Ferrari beyond what's been mentioned already. First, if Ferrari were to put in a cupholder, just imagine where they would put it, how usable it would be and the price of it as an option. Second, introducing a source of moisture into the car deliberately is just an invitation to proliferating electrical gremlins and hidden corrosion.

I'm already having nightmares of $500 replacement cupholders that require servicing every 3 years lest they fail, dripping sticky soda into the recesses of the center console...

Interestingly enough when I bought my 355 it had a cupholder abnd worse a coinn tray the previous owner had removed the radio and found a perfect two tray unit that pretty well matched the black surrounding trim needless to say it was the first change that took place I got a correct 355 radio and installed it, I have never played it mind you but it looks a lot better than the cupholder/coin tray thing.

I have cup holders available for the 360/430/456.

Keep two hands on the wheel!

They work beautifully and if you have a 6 speed you'll understand!

Works in the 550 as well.

It works in any Ferrari with the square ashtray.

    Let me know

What? You thought they had Red Bull in the helmet "fluid tube"? ;)

In a sports car, when I hear "cup holder", I think of a passenger needing to add a little extra "hand bra" support for her silicone around corners. (C-cup, D-cup, ...) :D

    DGS,

Thanks for keeping us "abreast" of the latest.

My cup holders are quite functional but what you suggest is very interesting.

Matt, the beer hat is unique until you make a sharp turn, but at least you are using your head!
