I found this pic of myself at the Ferrari dealer when I was 18 a couple months ago. Finally had time to scan it. I'm 47 now and bought the 348 a few months ago. Not a TR but I actually like the styling a little better on the 348. Could have and should have bought one sooner!

That's really cool! Nice vintage photo - but you need to post pix of your new baby!!
Then join the coveted "Owner's Forum"

Congrats! Yes, you definitely should have bought one sooner. How about one of those "then and now" pictures that were popular on the web for a while? You basically recreate (same camera angle, similar location, similar pose) a childhood picture as an adult and then show them side by side. Normally cheesy, but not in this situation!

Congratulations again, I know it must feel so great to finally have one of your own. I literally pooped my pants just a little bit when I got mine (not in the car fortunately, I was on the couch when the reality of it set in). Anybody wanna come over and watch the game?? ;)

Thanks, I've had the car a few months now and there are some pics in the 348 thread. I'd do the before and after but I think the car has faired better than me. Picture proof might put me into a depression!

That 'vintage' picture looks like the old Cavalino Classics in Scottsdale. Is it?

Well done on realizing your dream. Now, bring that car out to our monthly Motorsports Gathering inScottsdale, on the first Saturday of the month.

Yes, I believe that is where it was. It was by the Scottsdale airpark and Scott was the owner as I recall. I lived in MI at the time and was here on vacation. I've had it at the motorsport gathering (cars and coffee) probably three months ago. I was going to go last sat but it was raining here.

I think you are correct about Scott being the owner.

The Gathering still managed 150 cars this Saturday.... with lots of Ferraris, including a new F12.

The months we get 350+ cars is November through May. The next time you make it up, stop by the fountain and say hi. We do a newsletter. If you want to get it and keep up with the goings on, PM me your email and I'll put you on the list.

Congratulations on the F car purchase... that approx. 10 year old Dino looks fab. What I wouldn't give for a time machine.

BTW love the plastic on the TR seats
