    A 427 Cobra was bodied by Ghia as a roadster.
    Dark blue with lift off hardtop.

    Two Shelby GT350s had Zagato coachwork.
    Anybody seen pictures of either? I know the Shelbys are still out and around
    but never heard of that Cobra showing up anywhere since 1965

    There were a few prototypes bodied at Ghia. The most famous has to be the Lincoln Futura (reworked by Barris into the Batmobile)

    There were as you say a Blue bodied car `The Ghia Cobra (http://www.ponysite.de/cobra_ghia.htm
    )

    but also the Wilment Cobra: a Fiat body on a Cobra chassis

    And do not forget the Cobra Daytona coupes (only the 1st one CSX2287 was built in the USA) all others were done at Carrozzeria Gransport

    only thing I could find on the GT350 (http://www.ponysite.de/news_7.htm)

    Giugiaro's son also did a Italianized Mustang in 2006

    There was a Mercer Cobra and of course there are the Frua Cobra's.

    The shelby Can Am project was taken by De Tomaso and called a Ghia 5000 sport.
