16+ members showed up this cold December morning, over half of which met early at Boardwalk Ferrari to drive over together!

Funny enough, a few of the more spirited drives went ahead of the group I was leading, yet found themselves arriving behind the “ slower “ group, as they missed the entrance to the TxExpress lanes, so we made better time, despite their express pace.

Anyways, took the 308 for its first drive on public roads since taking on the project, even though the top is being repaired, the passenger side window being stuck down, and side view mirrors failing miserably … LOL

Anyways, we arrived at The Shop / Derby before 11am and the parking lot was already full of Italian cars and motorcycles! We were greeted as we walked in and quickly seated overlooking a facility full of vehicles
( Last time Shawn and I were there there were less than a dozen ) We enjoyed brunch with just about everything on the menu getting ordered at least once.
After brunch, we spent sometime on a guided tour of their facility, hearing about the history and creation of The Shop concept.

Cool facility, good food, and possible venue for an upcoming event in 2022!

    Steve
