Image Unavailable, Please Login Hereby some pictures of the work on my Ferrari Mondial 3.4T. There appears to be a malfunction / electrical fault in the control of the heater unit. It would be a great time to check or replace the clock bulbs, the switches and the plastic faceplate in this circled area. It rough getting to it all when dash is in. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Very impressive to tackle that heater. I am curious exactly what is wrong and how is is to fix it. AS these cars get older, these types of repair requirementas will no doubt become more common.
Very nice Remond! Mondials are such fun Ferraris. Mondials are shaping the landscape lately in The Netherlands. Do you already have Dutch plates? Do you still have all those Fiats? The Uno is just a coffin on wheels, insane fast for for such a ride in that era. I had a 1985 Lancia (Lutobianci) Y10 Turbo, also a coffin on wheels. Congratulations and safe miles!
Yes my Mondial has already Dutch plates See photo Image Unavailable, Please Login The Uno turbo i.e. was called "a poor mans Ferrari" because it was realy a fast car in the eighties I have just sold my original Uno Turbo i.e. with Antiskid Image Unavailable, Please Login Turbo-man
Lovely collection of fast Fiats. I'm a huge fan of that green Croma - really a timeless and classic Giugiaro design. One of the last elegant Fiats made so take good care of it. What exactly does the Hörmann treatment incorporate ? Turbo downpipe and exhaust ? I once had a Dedra i.e Turbo - the difference between original downpipe and the larger Hörmann was huge.
Nice looking mondial t....congrat ! I would go back to black with the outdoor mirrors....and lower front spoiler. Just my 2 € cents...
The green Fiat Croma Turbo is from 1986 and has driven now 29.000 km Hörmann Motorsport was a hugh Italian Tuner in the Eighties for Italian cars like Fiat an Lancia. They develloped their own spoiler sets for several cars and also Engine Tuning with bigger Turbo's, chip Tuning, special sport exhaust systems and custom-made GARRETT Turbo, sport camshaft, additional water-cooled intercooler, sports, relieved flywheel, sintered racing clutch etc Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Greetings Turbo-man Netherlands
Thank you and yes i am very happy with my Ferrari Mondial. I personally think the bumper spoilers, skirts and mirrors look very nice. This makes the Ferrari seem a bit more robust and optically lower
Welcome to the brotherhood. Thank you for the pictures showing the dashboard being removed.....very interesting.
Technical question, my Mondial 3.2 Cab has a raised beam under the front of the seat, which would mean a floormat with the tabs on the bottom as pictured would not be able to go under the seat. Is this floor reinforcement unique to the cab? I have noticed some floor mats and carpet kits have mat shapes different than what would suit my car even though the kits would indicate the fitment for the broad model range. And i have bought an original wooden Nardi steeringwheel still to be made in .. http:// Image Unavailable, Please Login
