Does anyone have a digital copy of the Italian DoT homologation papers (ref. DGM 51587) for the TR/512 models?

Power to tare-weight ratio: 169 kW per metric ton.
At that time, the Italian traffic laws (here simply referred as T.U.) mandated that a driver must have obtained his license for at least two years to drive a car with a ratio above 95 kW per ton

Today the Italian laws are more strict but for less time: for the first year only they requires a maximum ratio of 55kW per ton and a maximum power of 70kW. It's not related to the driver's age, so it applies even if someone get the license when 30 or older.
