Vinny, Spiga's in North Scottsdale, on Pinnacle Peak between Pima and Scottsdale roads. Fairly new, but sticks to the old world tastes. Several events held there and all great feedback. ciao, Jim

but Andreoli would not be my choice. It's really more of a delicatessen with superb panini made with top-notch ingredients. In my experience, evening dining leaves a lot to be desired. I once had swordfish which cost $30 and I could tell it had been zapped in the microwave before reaching my table. Would recommend Tutti Santi and Franco's Italian Cafe.

La Toretta at the SW corner of Frank Loyd Wright and Scottsdale Rd.

Spiga is another killer Italian restaurant. Spiga Cucina Italiana

They are on Pinacle Peak, east of Scottsdale Rd.

You can't go wrong at either.......
