    If I had to pick one wheel design that enhanced ANY car, it would have to be these;

Cromodora CD36 'daytona's - they look amazing on everything! Not just Italian cars, I've seen BMW's and Datsun's running on these.

Anyone remember the Scarab? I saw a pearl white one with a bright gold Nike swooshlike horizontal stripe on the door that flowed into the front wheels which were matching gold daytona's - best looking Z car I've ever seen. This was in the 70's :)

I had ronals A1's 7x15 on my Scorp track car. Pretty decent size weight and offset. They look like one piece 037 rally wheels. I was going to put the campy 9x15 in the back. Both were 98X4 alfa bolt patterns

Please share a photo of that setup if you have it.

My Scorpion is begging for slightly higher profile tires in those wells. Experts have concluded, staggering just slightly larger/taller size on the rear is the ultimate aesthetics solution, have to agree.

15" wheels look just great on Scorpions, nice setup. If you or Dave (prorallycodriver) wanna tinker with my car, get it running at top potential, stop in to Tahoe, bring tools! I'll supply; ski lift tickets, ski bunnies - when applicable :D, food, beers, lodging down the street at the stateline casinos, etc. etc...not a bad gig!! :)

Thanks for the invite! But I can't find the time to even tinker with my own cars! Battling with my lotus, alfa, renault, Porsche right now... I look for some old photos of my blue 76. It had beta wheels in it. I have both the ronals and FPS betas awhile to a fellow that had a batch of scorps and montes.

You know a set of mahles run 5k right now. Pretty much more than what I sold the Scorp. It SUCH underrated car know how little it takes to get me track worthy.

Got some Vintage E50 waiting in the wings for this one

    Sweet Moretti Freddie :D

Exceptional cool rare car, how many of them still roaming? What's the bolt pattern on those?

I knew I recognized 'Stilauto'...I have this one NOS Stilauto wheel down in the parts explosion in my garage. It's a 15 x 7 - Alfa 4x108

Beneath that beautiful body it is the same car as your spider. So the wheels from Fiat 850 range fits the car. It is not easy to come by any information regarding Morettis but from what I found this model was produced in between 2-300 examples. I read somewhere on the net that it is beleived to be appx 25 cars still existing. I have no idea if that is true or not. One thing is for sure, I will not meet another one while out driving. Regarding rims, almost all cars I see on pictures have different ones. Never seen one with the same as mine. I'm pretty confident they are original to the cars since the spare wheel has a really old tire on it, most likely the original one. The shape is very proportional so it is difficult to judge how incredibly small it is. Easier to relate with a person in it

Ahhh, did not realize that's an 850 spider skeleton, but the dimensions are there, now I see it. Really cool car! Very nice the number of beautiful and affordable exotic wheel options there are for these fiat based cars. Better even than Alfa Romeo's many options. It's the Moretti, Abarth, and others that all wanted their own signature cool looks, so wheels options are tasty!

If you need any info on the moretti, you should contact merkal weiss in LA. He had his for a few decades now still with original paint. he used to be the president of the rear engine fiat club so there is a good chance he will have an ideal of how many cars are left.

I went for a ride in merkel's car, despite being tiny and astonishingly low, it had plenty of head room inside. Remarkable packaging.

Dam those are cool...! In would luv to have them but would be terrified to run them in anger on my Pcar. I was trying to pursade group 4 to make the wider ones. Hopefully they will do an 11 and 12's one day.

Notice the different section on the flanges?

The rear wheels had the stock 5" backspacing and were made to fit the 14" wide RSR fenders. I picked these up on ebay for a friend. He stated this was a batch run made for the U.S. IMSA series.
They stuck out past the fender lip on my DP (which I run 13x15 Fuchs). You would need 6.5"-7" backspacing to fit these on a turbo body.
    Very cool wheels.

If they were for imsa it's a good chance They were originally sourced from al at faza? Al ran a 69 camero at Daytona 24hr with those campys. He was the North American distributor for campys for decades. Can u weigh them for us? I'm curious on the weight compared to similar sized rsr peg drive or 9&11 fuchs

I haven't seen merkel for more than a decade.. Let me do some digging and see if I have his contact laying around.

I sold the wheels to a friend a few years back. I bought the 12x15's from a ex Imsa racer who had a couple of pairs.

gumba...how do you like the TB's? I wish they had a little wider front size to match the wideass rears ones. is the balance of your car ok with them?

Good grip in the dry, lousy in wet. Very light compared to the Yokohama and Pirelli. On the 930 I figure they will last about 6,000-7,000 miles. The 215 would look good on 9x15's, mine are on 8x15's. A 245-255 front would have been nice to go with the 335's.
These would look great on the gold Campys.
