It's my pleasure to announce that registration for the 2016 installment of the ItalianCarFest is now open! The show will take place at Nash Farm in Grapevine on September 10, from 10am to 4pm. Please go to ItalianCarFest for all the event information, entrant requirements and instructions. As usual, admission for the general public is free. We have begun receiving registrations and we thank those of you who have sent them in - welcome to ICF! You have all joined us in previous years and we want you back!

We have more exciting news to share with you about the national prize winning 1971 Alfa Junior Zagato that will be joining us. The owner just received his score and it is perfect - 100 pts. This car also won Best of Show at the recent Alfa Nationals in Tennessee, so we are thrilled to have the car with us.

We are continuing to promote our Italian Connection class and I have a request of those of you who own cars for this class. I know many of you are in marque clubs, ie, DeLorean, Allante and others with cars that have an Italian connection. Please pass our link to them - we would love to have them on our show field!

Which leads me to the most important thing to tell you. Please register today and you can cross it off your to-do list!! Here is the link: https://tickets.grapevineticketline.com/event/ItalianCarFestRegistration2016. Again, please visit our show site at ItalianCarFest for all the details.

We look forward to seeing many of you join us again this year - you will not want to miss this show. And as we get more special cars entered, we will keep you informed.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate contacting me. Thanks.

I wish to thank all of you who have registered for ICF 2016! We should have a tremendous turnout with 79 vehicles registered! If you haven't entered a vehicle, bring family and friends and peruse the show field. There are some very unique cars entered this year. Food and drink are available on the grounds and the Nash Farm farmhouse will be open to visitors. BTW, rain chances are now down to 50%. Who knows what it'll be by Saturday.....it is Texas, after all! See you there!

I'll attend but didn't register as I (again) have other plans. Any chance there will be "Italian Parking" up front as in years past? :)

Jim, there will not. Everything on the show field must be registered by entrants or provided by sponsors such as Boardwalk or Holt.

They quit doing that a few years back. Shame, as it was the best part of the show.

if memory serves me right that area SE of registration and sponsors could have held an easy 20 Italians. also if memory serves me right organizers said it was't them, but the city or host. I would guess having that section cut down a bunch on actual entries in show.

I'm registered. Bringing the turbo 308. I hope the rain is gone early tomorrow.

If I show up a little bit late because of rain will I be locked out?

Another great, and free, ItalianCarFest ! Rain cooled everything off, and it just spit a little rain while I was there. Thanks to all those volunteers that put in the hours to host an event like this. You make a lot of people very happy.

Nice mix of a lot of different Italian steeds.

Always great to see Doc C with his Miura, fresh from an appearance at The Quail, as well as various bars up and down the Monterrey coastline.

Rob Lay had Jennie's California looking perfect, and was there to raise that top when the drops started coming. Bloody Mary's were getting him through the stress. Will Jennie be there to accept her trophy ?

Ken had his blue 360 shined up, so it got position one in the ferrari lineup pic.

Shawn was there signing up new members in the club.
