You are invited to join Italian car enthusiasts from Georgia, Louisiana, Tennessee, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Colorado and Texas for ItalianCarFest 2004.

    As an Entrant enjoy…

Friday Evening Reception- To kick off ItalianCarFest, you and a guest will receive tickets to our evening reception, Friday, Sept. 10, 2004 at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center. Complimentary hors d'oeuvres, wine, beer and soft drinks. Hosted by Platinum Sponsor, Texas Driver Magazine.

Private Lounge- During the show Saturday, Sept. 11, 2004, at Cross Timbers Winery, in Grapevine, Texas (near Dallas), when you and your guest want to relax, visit the air-conditioned Lounge on the second floor of the Party Barn. Complimentary wine, soft drinks and snacks.

The Winners Circle- A magnificent display of Best of Class winners from 2003.

Awards Ceremony- The value of the plaques plus the glass trophies provided by Blenko Art Glass exceeds $3,000. And as an exception to other shows, we are considerate of your time. Expect a fun, fast-paced ceremony.

Italian Buffet Dinner- After the show, join us Saturday evening for a cash bar Cocktail Hour followed by a reasonably priced delicious, catered Italian buffet in our Hospitality Lounge.

Scenic Drive & Brunch- Enjoy an organized Sunday morning drive and brunch with fellow enthusiasts. Participants to pay meal cost.

    As a Spectator enjoy…

Outstanding cars- 135 exotic and classic Italian cars and cycles. Don't forget your camera.

Manicured grounds- Enjoy the beauty of Cross Timbers Winery. Vehicles will be displayed on 2 acres of manicured grounds. CTW is only a fifteen minute taxi ride from DFW Airport if you prefer to fly in.

Unbeatable cost- Come for lunch and pick up an ItalianCarFest souvenir cotton T. You will find the pricing very reasonable. And the show is free!

Reception and Lounge- If you are interested in attending the Friday Evening Reception (described above) or if you desire access to the Private Lounge during Saturday's show (described above), contact Jerry Lee Phillips at [email protected]

With 18 days to go we have only one or two positions left on the show field. It looks like we found room for a couple more cars that will bring the total to 115 cars plus 35-40 two-wheelers.

Thanks to cars from GA, LA, OK, TN, CO, AR, KS and TX. We'd love to have a special car from Forida.
