It's a Great Weekend!

I purchased my 458 a couple of weeks ago in Newport Beach, and had to wait for delivery. Reliable was supposed to pick mine up, then pick up a load of cars from the Scottsdale auction, and deliver after that. I suspected I would be one of the last deliveries since I am in Northern California. I got a call from Reliable yesterday, that they had decided to drop my car off first this weekend, and that they would be at my house in a few hours.

While super excited to get my car, I was hoping to see some high-dollar auction items on the truck from Scottsdale, but mine was by far the nicest of the load. That didn't matter much though, as I was giddy as a kid in a candy shop. After driving it for a bit, I already gave it its first foam bath and wash, as it had a lot of grime on it from the trip.

Thanks to all of the great information that I have read at FerrariChat over the past year; it has helped me a great deal with my purchase.

(It's too bad my SUV was in the background in the one pic...I was just snapping random pics, and thought that would be a cool one...would have been much cooler if I had moved my car. )
