I hope that I'm not breaking a rule so I'll be subtle about Christmas stuff. I have to clear and clean out our abode of all the prints and originals that I can....if I don't, I'll get hit with abode. I have tons of things left over from shows and art festivals in which I can no longer participate. Man Cave stuff (one train), landscape things and seascape stuff as well as a bunch of aviation art. Lemme know if you're interested. I'm making a big list.
Actually two. "Sand Creek Crossing", a Montana Rail Link diesel with a consist of BN cargo containers crossing Sand Creek, Sandpoint, Idaho. A Burlington Northern diesel passing Sandpoint depot in winter. Pen and inks, 16 X 20, originals framed. Both on my website.
What 314 stuff do you have-originals or prints? And do you have anything relating to your time in Florida?
I have prints on archival paper of the 314 taking off in a stormy sea and prints of the profile. Website is parkzart.com Thank you !
I forgot that I have several prints of pencil drawings that I did in the Everglades of our truck and campsite. Also one of Whiticker Bayou in Sarasota. Early stuff drawn on site.
I went on the web to check on Whitaker Bayou and got a shock. The drawing that I did in 1945 showed the Hiway 41 bridge and some fishing shacks, a quiet and pleasant scene that is now a mass of fancy condos and upscale residences. Glad that I was there when I was. Like they say, " You can never go back." I wouldn't care to now.
I haven't paid my rent on the website so nothing can be ordered from it. I'll have to take care of that soon.
